    Very helpful staff on both the phone and emails, the bike engineers are very helpful and quick and flexible when a repair is needed for the bike and I will always recommend them to anyone who looking for a ebike Thank you hurrecane team for being so helpful :)

    Ive hired my Hurrecane RS8 for nearly a year now and remain extremely impressed with the quality of my e-MTB. Hurrecanes customer service is amazing too. Mel and Francesca are friendly, knowledgeable and stay in regular contact to ensure you are completely satisfied with your bike. Highly recommended

    Was going well for a while... Needed work doing on the bike, they turned up to 'service it' but the guy said he couldn't fix it and it needed to go back to the warehouse to repair he gave me paperwork for this and told me i would have the bike back on Tuesday and left . Tuesday morning comes round and i get an email accusing me of trying to steal the bike and sell it on social media, and that i would not be getting the bike back? i couldn't be bothered as 1 its poorly put together and 2 i don't ride it much anyway so i just said fine return my deposit and that's that. Here are my issues: They have accused me of trying to sell the bike, no evidence provided to me at all. They came to so called service my bike when in fact i have it on cctv the guy changing settings on the controller of the bike so it would appear to be faulty giving them an excuse to take the bike away. They are refusing to refund me even though their own terms and conditions stipulate that the deposit is protection of none payment and damage/loss of the bike, none of which are applicable in this case. so here is my position I will give them 7 days to refund my deposit, failure to do so will result in the following A CCJ claim against hurrEcane Posting the CCTV of the employee tampering with the settings causing a deliberate failure. that will be posted on Facebook insta TikTok and YouTube. Post an honest review on YouTube about your business and its practices as i see from other reviews you have a habit of keeping deposits. Take whatever measures i deem appropriate to persuade potential customers of your business not to use your services, this will achieve 2 things cost the business far more than the deposit owed to me, and enlighten people to your shady practices.

    Really easy ordering process on the website, I was able to specify everything that I needed to place my order. I received confirmation within a couple of days and loads of contact over the next few weeks keeping me informed of the progress of my order. The delivery process was easy and flexible allowing me to get my bike delivered when it suited me. Ive now had the bike nearly a month using it to commute to work which is around 9 miles, the bike is great, looks good and comfortable. At my level of fitness I couldnt manage to cycle to and from work on an unassisted bicycle and I couldnt really afford to go out and buy a new one so this has been the perfect solution. Ive not needed to contact customer support at any point but given the ease of contacting them during the ordering process I have no worries that if they are needed they will be on hand. Super happy with the bike and service.
