Set Points Health

Enjoyed my first (free) health check and found it helpful for understanding my current health and possible future goals. I was tempted to go back for occasional check ins to monitor progress, but to be honest I'm getting less and less enthused. However, before I even got my health review summary by email , I received a request to authorise future payments, having not even decided if I wanted future visits, and I now get frequent reminders that I've not authorised any payments and I'm being nagged to set up future payment plans. Don't mind a gentle check in to see if I'd be interested in coming back for a paid session, but the constant requests to authorise Set Points Health to take money from me feels quite uncomfortable and premature... Bit disappointed, to be honest.

So far I have had 2 sessions with Mark. The 1st session he explained in detail what was involved, gave me a comprehensive measure and weigh and gave me goal to reach and explained how to get there. It was interesting to see my body in 3d and where my problem areas were. Mark is knowledgable in his field and listened to my lifestyle habits before giving suggestions. Having a achievable goal to reach with an action plan helped a lot. My 2nd session, Mark reviewed my progress. I lost 9lb and inches all over. I was glad I lost fat and no excessive muscle mass. Again Mark, has given me an action plan to be accountable for. I would recommend Set Points Health to everyone.

Doc Mark is awesome. Had a great first session, very informative and has now set me on my health journey - highly recommend for anyone who likes data and analytics to plot their health journey!
