        Terrible customer service. My partner ordered LPG wellbox as a present for me. The connection hose was missing. Have been trying to contact the company for two weeks, no reply. Considering the price of the wellbox LPG 800, we did not expect to receive this kind of service . Still waiting for the company to reply and send us the missing part! The reply that Nikola provided is not correct! The company is still ignoring my emails and their promise to send a missing part has not been done! We have no choice but to seek legal actions! Please note you cannot contact this company over the phone at all!
