        Just got back from a fantastic holiday to Domes Miramare. Travelbeam organised the whole holiday, it was a breeze booking through them and the customer service provided was excellent. Sheree handled our booking and was super attentive nothing was ever too much trouble. Will definitely be booking future holidays again through them Thankyou happy holiday memories

        We have booked through Travelbeam for many years following a recommendation from a fellow traveller. We have always found them to be very professional and friendly . Last year Easy Jet changed our flight home without telling Travelbeam or ourselves. When I contacted Travelbeam they sorted it all out for us, changing airlines to our satisfaction. I have just booked another holiday and once again received an excellent service from Sheree

        This 'Luxury' holiday company is only interested in taking your money. They have held onto my deposit for over 2 years even though for 2 years in a row they were not able to provide the holiday. The after-sales care is rude and inflexible. I was dealt with by Sheree whose mantra always seems to be 'the computer says no'. Avoid.
