always check your addition costs. on a 17 a month deal , was a long time customer , all of a sudden i noticed i was being billed 5.66 for paper invoices that i have never even received, due to this i cancelled my direct debit because of the additional charges , still not receiving and form of invoice i got late payments times 2 (50) and a 6 fee for no longer using direct debit. disgraceful. after 40 plus phone calls got through to someone who said they woulf call me back, after 21 days still no call back. worst company i have ever worked with in a 25 year career

Very poor Service, never reply to emails, contacting them is impossible, Staff turnover is high, Completion of orders takes over 6 months. Looking to move back to BT now. They have more support and can handle orders better.

Excellent Account Manager (Chris) - first class. IT is full of messy issues - thats life! - and so far Ive found Chess ICT to be really positive. And - update - new Account Manager (Shazad) is extremely professional.
