Excellent service received from Quarrybank who replaced a failed circulation pump on an underfloor heating system for us. They were very easy to deal with, booked a scheduled appointment and the Heating Engineer turned up exactly at the allotted time. Highly recommended and will definitely use again.

The quality of the work done was good. However I dispute the time spent on the job. Im told that the plumbers vehicles are tracked. However, if someone sits outside your house and arrives early you are charged for that time. Also if you ask for a quote for a job and had already explained what needs to be done by phone and the inspection takes 10 mins to be charged an hours rate isnt acceptable. They then returned at a later date to do the job. I wanted to support a local business and wish I wasnt posting this. I did dispute the bill to no avail. Service: Plumbing leak repair

This is the second time I have used Quarrybank Plumbers. First to flush out my central heating system and second to fit a new boiler. What a pleasure to do business with this company. Clear communication with all members of staff from beginning to end. The job was started by Jon and finished on time with no hassle or problems. A very rare thing to find these days with any company.
