Great service, knowledgable staff. I went in to get my mothers ring remodelled and I couldnt be happier. When I presented the ring to her she was overjoyed as it has a lot of sentimental value. I have to say to Henry and the team, a big thank you. I dont usually leave reviews but this definitely warranted it. My mother initially stopped wearing the ring due to wanting to prevent it from more wear and tear and the fear of losing a diamond due to it being loose in one of the settings, but now it has been given a new lease of life, she has started wearing it again and is really happy how it turned out. I was at first a little apprehensive as I didnt know how it would turn out, but it turned out perfectly! Would recommend this Jewellers to anyone wanting to have this done. Naturally, Id never bought an engagement ring before so the process was alien to me as well as slightly daunting. Henry patiently guided me through the process from start to finish and his expert knowledge was priceless. Together we created a totally bespoke engagement ring that my new fianc wears with pride.
