Absolutely superb, purchased the Gold package but also used for an early scan. Extremely professional, accommodating, patient. Was very anxious during my pregnancy and I found the staff to be very understanding and happy to explain and listen to any concerns. Highly recommend.

This is the second time Ive had a scan and NIPT at the Birth Company. For both my pregnancies, the service was highly professional from start to finish. Olga the sonographer is very thorough and talked us through every aspect of the scan so we knew exactly what we were seeing. We could even hear the babys heartbeat. There was also plenty of time to ask questions and we didnt feel rushed. The NIPT results came back quickly and the results were delivered smoothly.

Planning on doing ivf outside the UK This company assisted me with what I required , the dr and receptionist were amazing! Definitely recommended!!

It's taken a lot to write this, whilst it's also taken over 12 months. September 2021 The Birthing Company broke the news of a missed miscarriage. The sonographer was very professional and did what she could. We had paid upfront via phone for the initial fee and then an extra 60 again approx due to dating and it may be a more detailed scan. Less than 24 hours after I'd been at the clinic the receptionist (the same lady who was there the day before and saw how devastated I was) called me. "Hi Rosie I'm just checking our records and you still owe 60, we can't see if on our statements!" Still to this day it baffles me. Just general courtesy means you would open a phone call with how are you etc. I obviously said I'm not thinking about that now, I also know I paid so check. Within 24 hours I was emailed the same information. A very cold email. Subsequently then never heard from them again. Based on the fact I could see it out of my bank tells me they had realised but again didn't even send a courtesy sorry. Your service is supposed to have a duty of care to deal with humans in joy and trauma. Unfortunately your after care majorly failed me and made me realise I was simply money to you. It caused more trauma to the experience I then subsequently went through for 2 weeks. I am now 12 weeks pregnant and was adamant I would travel rather than use your service. However I stumbled on Ultrasound Direct who are also in Alderley Edge. In comparison you have a lot to work both customer facing and financially. They are a fraction of your price and the service and after care is another level. Possibly because they are human. I left it 12 months to mentally recover and hopefully have a comparison. So here is my fair review. I haven't contacted your clinic directly to give my feedback. When you are in this line of business I shouldn't have to feedback to be kind, so figured it would be pointless. I'd prefer to just inform the public so they can make an informed choice. *NOTE* Review changed from 1-3 due to after service when the MD found out about my experience. Since leaving this review The MD has called and couldn't have been more apologetic. She has checked our records and also confirmed 60 was refunded ,so can't understand why they were asking for more money. I hope this review has positively impacted the service of The Birthing Company provides and nobody experiences what I dealt with. Thank you Kate personally and offering a complimentary 16 week scan if we chose to use it. x

Amazing service that i would recommend to anybody pregnant and i will be gifting to my friends moving forwards for them to go! My wife had the harmony testing at week 10 and anomaly scan at 20 weeks and both experiences have been fantastic. Welcoming team who are competent and thorough with a very clean facility. No rushing, all checks needed are completed and any questions answered.
