Once you have exchanged contracts, Jones Homes do not care about customer experience in your new home.
The customer service team are abysmal, constantly chasing for updates & due to internal paperwork admin errors, I'm left with choices I've not made in my brand new home - which I'm now fighting for them to rectify - They DO NOT CARE in the slightest.
Do yourself a favour and avoid any new build from Jones Homes as it will be a mess which will take months/years of stress, time and a lot of patience to try and resolve.
