        I had a wine subscription order due for delivery, which never arrived and I wasnt informed. After chasing up I found that Yodel claimed they had attempted delivery but couldnt find the house (its impossible to not find the house in a village of c.10 houses). Wasted a couple of hours of the weekend being lied to and messed around by the courier, couldnt get hold of laithwaites due to their very limited an availability on a weekend. Had to make alternative plans for guests arriving, which left me out of pocket. The best laithwaites would offer is a 10 voucher. In future Ill just buy wine locally, its really not worth the effort.
