Alderley Edge Golf Club

A very challenging and hilly 9 hole course. Greens were a little slow but to be expected given the amount of rain. The course itself handled the weather really well. Enjoyed the course immensely, you have to be straight! Only other downside was the breakfast served to our society was not worth the 12.50 charged!

Booked through Golf now,wrongly listed as 18 hole course,played 9 holes then told its only 9 hole course,payed for 18 ! We found it challenging to say the least , few blind holes, greens on top of hills,undulating Brook meandering through the course, a bit zig zag layout ! Air compressor right outside cafe/ lounge entrance so mud trampled into these area's! All in all an OK experience don't think will be returning. Lovely welcoming gentleman on reception, pulled a good pint !

We hosted our sons 3rd birthday the function room AEGC. Would highly recommend and will definitely look no further for future party bookings. Amazing views, well presented room and great staff who couldnt have been more helpful, thank you Nick, Gordon and Will!! Looking forward to the next party!
