    I LOVE LOVE LOVE my hair extensions i would highly recommend to anyone in the area thinking about hair extensions this is definitely the place to go, their consultation knocks spots off the other salons, and i went to a few so i can comment on that! but the overall service including recommending the right hair extensions to fit my lifestyle and colour blending was just greatwell done Envy you have a great team

    The customer service I received here was absolutely diabolical. I feel compelled to leave a review regarding the treatment I received from the manager at Envy. I purchased a gift voucher over the telephone and was assured it would arrive 1st class the next day. 1 week later and no voucher, so I rang and was put through to the manager. Firstly, no apology was offered. Apparently, it was not her fault as she didn't work for Royal Mail and would have to get in contact with whoever had taken the payment. This member of staff was in college and couldn't be contacted. This again was not her fault and she reluctantly said she'd call me back when she could speak to her. During this conversation, the manager spoke over me. Refused to take responsibility and would not put another voucher in the post. I have never dealt with anyone who has been so rude and unobliging. What happened to the customer is always right? After I suggested an apology at least would be appropriate, she finally said it. After no returned phone call, I rang Envy again. Reluctantly, the manager posted another voucher in the post. Yet again, I received no such voucher. I then felt stuck as the manager very rudely stated that she would not give me a refund until I returned both vouchers. This was obviously a ludicrous request, as I hadn't received the vouchers to send back?! The next step in this saga was to contact Citizens' Advice. They confidently told me it was a clear breech of contract and Envy needed to give me my money back. When I rang and relayed this to the manager, she had the audacity to tell me she herself would be contacting them as they needed the truth and that I now owed her 90! I was appalled. In fact, her sheer, blind ignorance was at this stage comical. When I told her that I'd be happy to refer the matter to the small claims court, she laughed down the phone and said, 'what? For 45!' She was vile. 45 is not an amount to scorn at. I couldn't believe her attitude and rude nature. I asked to speak to her manager but she told me she was the manager. I put the phone down then as I have a 9 month old and couldn't spend any more stress and aggravation on the matter. Laughably, one of the manager's colleagues, who was in contrast charming, rang the next day and offered me a refund over the phone. The fact that the manager couldn't do this in person and apologise was just unbelievable! Citizens Advice probably told her straight and she was too ashamed to ring me. Not worthy of one star! I'm still waiting for the money to debited in my account. I'll keep fighting for it to be returned if it doesn't appear in there soon. An appalling lady and an appalling service.

    I come to Envy for a weekly blowdry and regular colour with Sam and Im always extremely happy with my end result. Ellie does my nails on a regular basis as well and I would recommend them both to anyone! The salon is lovely and the staff are professional and friendly. I cant reccommend the salon enough!
