We are absolutely delighted with our new hardwood wooden windows! They are so beautiful and we are so pleased to have been able to retain as much of the original wood as possible. They look exactly like the originals and it is almost impossible to see they are double-glazed. We are so glad we did not go for the more expensive PVC wood imitations. Excellent skilful fitter too. We had replacement sash windows made for an Edwardian property and Joel and the team did a great job. The advice they gave initially was spot on and Joel knew the local period style. There was no pushy salesperson. I went and had a look in the workshop and was shown finished windows and the process of making them was explained. The windows were installed on time by a professional team, who were a pleasure to work with. Our builders commented on the quality of the work. The windows look excellent and we have had a lot of positive feedback. Well worth the money.

After an initial meeting with Joel, who came across as a genuine, likeable, chap, we were slightly unsettled, when two, oiks arrived at our door. After burning two holes in our Wilton , they then tried to tell us, that our windows were too rotten , to make good. This was after a 6500 renovation. I use this in a loose term.
