I have just purchased a toyota from Peter. I live over 260 miles away and didn't even see the car. the sale was agreed on peters descriptions and photos he sent. the car has acceded my expectations " i am more than happy with the vehicle. based on my experience i would recommend this garage.

Straightforward, no-hassle, friendly experience. Having visited a number of different garages it was refreshing to get honest answers to any questions, no pushy sales tactics, and to not have to spend ages waiting around. We bought a BMW 420i convertible and have been very happy with our purchase, with everything as described and at a reasonable price.

Wow, what a fantastic service from Pete and his son Daniel. Very happy with part ex price for my car and my new Audi TTRS is an absolute stunner and like new even though it's 8yrs old! I'd highly recommend The Elite Carriage Co. for your new car needs. UPDATE:- Sadly after only 10 days ownership the nearside rear light cluster failed! After taking to a local garage they did a 'temp' fix of cleaning the burnt out connector which may last a year or just a week. Failing that a new light cluster will be required at a cost of 200 + labour + VAT. I emailed Pete and Daniel 5 days ago to ask if they would cover the temp repair cost and haven't heard anything back from them! I guess their customer service ends once you drive your 22k car off their forecourt!! Go figure!
