Today I went groundhopping at The Medburn Ground, where Belstone FC won 2-0 against Colney Heath Reserves in the Herts Senior Centenary Trophy. I was very impressed with how good the facilities were, particularly the clubhouse. Belstone's pitch has to be one of the best I have seen at Non-League level, immaculate! The volunteers were very friendly and welcoming to me on my first visit. I liked how there were plenty of trees in the surroundings, countryside scenery and even better whilst the sun shone brightly throughout the majority of the match. To those who plan to groundhop at The Medburn, entry is free for groundhoppers as are the printed matchday programmes! The nearest bus stop is Elstree Hill North, on the 107 route. It takes around 20-25 minutes to walk to the ground from the stop.

Very friendly club. Came today with Croxley Green under 13s , we lost but could not fault the sportsmanship and friendliness of your team. Look forward to seeing you at our ground. Best wishes.

Come on Belstone. Finishing the season as Champions. Onwards and upwards. Great team and management. Follow them if you are Radlett, Park St or close by. Great value entertainment and you will be made welcome.
