Ordered some charts from here, rang to check if I was ordering the right ones and the chap who took my call was first class. Talked me through all my questions and was extremely helpful. I made my order and the next morning my charts arrived. What a fantastic service

Very good! I was initially mistakenly sent a defective item which incurred the hassle of sending it back. This was bought as a gift. I complained about this and the business owner Sebastian Pooley contacted me personally to apologise and organised for a replacement to be sent on time, which Wendy at Pooley's sent over. I really appreciated this and it gives a very good impression of Pooley's. Thank you.

I'm not sure how I can return the favour, but this is the best way possible. Due to a courier mess up with my delivery, I contacted Pooleys directly to resolve my matter. Tracy, went above and beyond to solve my matter. Pooleys provides quality documents for flying and is A* in customer service. I will be sure to use Pooley's as my first choice for any aviation material.

Excellent customer service and good selection of pilot gear. Cant fault these guys one but they even found a receipt for something I purchased 5 years previous for a warranty claim. Dont forget the iconic Pooleys flight guide which was the standard for many years
