Absolutely dreadful communication. When we arrived there was no heating and the cottage wasn't clean (see picture below). Since then, we have had no responses to request for a refund, although I was told it was being processed. Clearly they are very good at telling lies. I was also offered a full refund if I promised to take down my Airbnb review - surely a breach of their terms of business. Don't bother - there are many more HONEST booking agents to use.

We had an amazing family break at Chapel Cottage. The property was furnished to a very high standard and spotlessly clean. We were treated to a spectacular display by the peacocks each morning. The welcome basket, doggy bowls and treats were a nice touch. We chatted to the cleaner who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. We would definitely recommend Chapel Cottage and hope to return. Rooms: Top quality bedding, attention to detail and very clean and comfortable.

We stayed in Sealoft and had a wonderful time. The apartment is gorgeous and is very well equipped. Weather was not great but all the same the view to the beach and sea from the raised decking area was lovely. Aldeburgh is a great place to wander around but special mentions for the restaurant at the Suffolk, Aldeburgh Market and the White Hart Inn.
