Awful woman on the door 20 mins before closing, clearly not wanting to let people in. Telling me it would take 20 mins to browse the shop and only wanted to let people in who knew what they wanted. I think Ill determine how long it would take me to browse, plus if I was still browsing just before close, ask me to leave. Awful attitude and clearly more interested in finishing on time than being welcoming and making money. Avoid, will spend my money elsewhere.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Refused entry and service due to not wearing a mask even though exempt. We were asked for proof, which is discrimination. Do not visit here until they wake up to their idiocy. People like this are the problem with the world, and making the situation last longer. Just awful. I would have given this place zero stars, but unfortunately this wasnt an option.

Visit Aldeburgh about 4-5 times a year and always pop into this shop, love the different gifts that they have for sale & never come out empty handed, only regret is they don't sell online.

Terrible customer service by who I think is the owner. Not wearing a mask isnt an option here even though it is no longer manadatory in the UK. So much for freedom of choice. A holiday does not feel like a holiday if the lunacy of the past 18 months is continually rammed down our neck when wanting to buy souvenirs. What is this world coming too.
