Danes Laundry & Dry Cleaning

We always take our dry cleaning here Really helpful staff have syerlin advice about removing a stain that would be better washed, worked beautifully!!

I would like to start, by saying the staff at Aldeburgh were amazing. Not only were they professional, they showed empathy to both my Daughter and I during this distressing time My Daughters wedding dress, was returned on the first occasion, Unwashed/treated. The staff were shocked by this, on returning the dress , the cleaning process did not remove any of the dirt or stains to my daughters dress. I would have had better results, cleaning it my self in our bath, something I wish I had done. My dress , which my 2nd Daughter wanted to wear for her wedding, was in perfect condition and this was confirmed by the lovely ladies in Aldeburgh. It was returned to us, with burns to arm and frill. No explanation was given and no contact was made to us. I have had to chase them for an explanation. They have given us 150, which is no where near what it is going to cost us to alter, or for the distress or the fact my daughter wanted to wear it in its original condition There responses to me have showed no empathy at all and no care . My dress was kept in perfect condition and they have ruined not only my dress , but my Daughters dream I can not recommend them for wedding dress cleaning, as I wish we had never trusted Danes. DO NOT USE FOR WEDDING DRESS

This is the most reliable service in the area, the staff are amazing, helpful and extremely friendly, i am a local holiday let cleaner and the laundry service for my business is second to none, any issues are sort efficiently and professionally, I highly recommend.
