We stayed for 2 nights with friends, Peter & Sue were lovely hosts and we had a very warm welcome from them, the room was clean and tidy,good bed linen,tea and coffee making facilities, bathroom good size,shower was OK with some bathroom toiletries. Breakfast was very good with some extra specials you could choose from, the fresh fruit salad was lovely would have been good if there was an option to have had yoghurt. Peter's home made bread was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Peter and Sue made us feel welcome from the moment we first walked through the door. The room was spotless with everything you should expect, plus a lot of nice extra's. We both has 2 lovely nights sleeps in the very comfortable bed. The location on Lee Rd was excellent . Only 3 minutes from the High St. It was a perfect position to explore Aldeburgh. The breakfasts were truly excellent. I enjoyed the freshly made bread toasted with a variety of different spreads, while my wife had fruit salad. Then Sue made us custom breakfasts which included Full English in all it's variations and options, though my favorite was Plum and maple syrup bacon pancakes with creme fraiche. Wow! What a way to start the day. Fresh Juice, pots of tea and Bean to cup coffee was all available plus more. The B&B was much cheaper than the hotels in the town, and in my opinion would not have been beaten by any of them in quality of bedroom and breakfast. Certainly no Hotel could match the Welcome and personnel service given by Peter and Sue. We will return.
