Champneys Tring

Great facilities; excellent staff ( Lily especially was super efficient, calm & very professional ) & a good variety of classes run by first rate tutors. The only aspect that really pulled the whole two days down was the terrible salty food in the evenings. Not healthy & uneatable. We had to send out main dishes back. The dishes without so much salt would have been delicious but our lamb and sea food dishes were ruined. Breakfasts & lunch were very good.

I visited Champneys Tring at the end of 2022 after receiving a 100 voucher so decided to use it towards a day spa. What a disappointment. The place is so run down and is a sad shadow of its glory days pre covid. The lunch was embarrassing, the spaces are dirty with hardly any spaces to relax. One small cafe to get a coffee where you have to wait ages. No towels in the changing rooms and the relaxation class was in a freezing room with glaring lights. It really is not worth the money, any money. Go somewhere else!

Five night stay to rejuvenate thy self and get my mojo back, from the onset all staff have been excellent from the front of house team Jessica and Bobbie have been exceptional, showing me around, supplying robes and flip-flops when needed, having great conversations with them, very friendly, a real asset for Champneys Tring, a great first impression. Room was comfortable, spacious, massive bed, room over looking the grounds, coffee machine, assorted teas, and water. Spa front of house, Zakery and Charlotte, we're very accommodating in advising on all the treatments, very friendly, therapists Marti, Karen and Holly were way above and beyond in delivering great treatments and very knowledable. Mary the nutritionist and Dr M were outstanding in all there good advise ( I learnt alot) my meals were very balanced, ample, great presentation, the chefs are incredible. and have Audrey from the shop was a real tonic, superb personality, knows all her products inside out, just loved her, gave honest advise on clothes I tried on. All the facilities I used, gym, peloton, sauna, steam room, Jazcuzi, hot tub, swimming pool, tennis courts, table tennis, and not forgetting the classes I attended, Aqua fit was the best. Every thing was top knotch! Even saw some celebrates, Thank you all for a wonderful time I'll be back
