        I sent an email requesting information some months ago, to which I received no response. I called a month ago, was told Id be called back and wasnt. I called again, arranged a date and time to begin on a weekly basis. I was notified a day beforehand that they couldnt come due to an accident - no elaboration was given. Now I havent had an answer to several messages, calls and voicemails weeks later! Astonishingly poor way to treat people.
