        It would be zero stars from me if that option was available, have been going here for the last 20 years but after yesterday never again. While waiting at the Bar to be served, watch a bar tender spill a cocktail as she was giving to a customer and then refused to replace it. The bar manager had the cheek to say to them "it happens, if you don't like like it go somewhere else". NOT ACCEPTABLE. I cancelled my table and left.. Do NOT Support this sort of customer service, now I understand why so many tables were available here and none at Chigwell... Must be the customer service.
