Certain items in the outdoor building supplies section not open up(black paving bricks, very hard to open, unable to get any one to open it up. Had to find a plier from diy tools to open the strap up. Certain garden edging colour not available in branch.

Staff members are really disrespectful , not good behaviour with customers , one of staff member Nikki here really with bad behaviour

Reduce size of store previous store, does have the main items, however most likely best to go to one of the other local stores which are a lot larger. A lot of people now going to Beckton or Romford stores instead which are around 15mims away from this one.
