Amazing service. I purchased a handrail from Yas, which arrived quickly and was beautifully made and looked fabulous. Unfortunately a tradesman managed to leave some filler on the wood. Removing the filler left a small pale area. Yas went above and beyond to help me to restore it. He kept in contact and sent me some wood dye to treat the area. Cannot speak highly enough about the personal service and beautiful pieces. My handrail is restored and looks beautiful. Thank you CraftedWood. X

We bought two sets the Handrail / Bannister Rail - Wood & Wrought Iron and had them with 3 coats of Dark Oak. We are really pleased and think they look great in our little cottage. The seller we really friendly and Yas provided great advice and samples to help us along with the way to get exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a white wash handrail but they sent the wrong item as it was not the right diameter.. i email them immediately and got the issue resolved with ease, very good customer service and a fast response, would definitely recommend they also changed the colour for me free of charge and offered me 15 cash back, love my new handrail
