        I was recently there attending a wake so this is a one time impression. Stairs lead up to the main room which has a balcony and overlooks the water where the wildlife and watersports can be seen. The room and it's furniture doesn't have much character - but is functional, which is the main point. There is a bar area and what staff I saw were attentive and made me feel welcome. That's it really, not much else to say.

        Hired this venue a few years ago , my bubble machine got left there and when we went back to get it they said it was no longer there. Someone that works there clearly stole it

        Great location with fantastic views over a lake. Lots of parking. Recommended for a function like a wedding reception

        Always come by when we are in Fairlop waters and the staff are always very polite and helpful its always pretty clean and they have a good range of products
