Entered store at 14:30, waited around and pressed bell multiple times. Nobody came out till 15:17 even though people were joking and laughing around in the office! services times here are very very poor!

thanks BEW for assisting my wife and I choose all the lighting, switches sockets and Nest products for our 6 bedroom house renovation in Chigwell. Special thanks to Mark for his friendly advice and patience with us, it was our first time ordering these type of products.We saved a considerable sum buying direct from the wholesaler :)

I cannot recommend BEW Electrical highly enough - placed three separate orders at their Ilford branch over the phone and each time I was welcomed with the utmost courtesy, great knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. They answered all my questions in a detailed manner each time and delivered the items I required the next day. Their stock levels were great and I never had to wait for something to come back into stock. I really liked the fact that they employ lady drivers as well as men - equal opportunities! I will only use BEW from now on for all my electrical requirements. Great company, great staff, great service. Thank you.
