Went this morning to treat a fugus infection growing on my neck. Did the registration prior but need an emergency appointment as the infection was growing. Receptionist is inadequate and older lady with rude attitude told me sorry can't help you. Overall service a total disappointment.

If only there was an option to give zero stars. On the phone waiting to speak to receptionist for hour when I was only 5th in line at the start. Receptionist (all of them as I am speaking about more than one occurance) are useless the direct you to an online form, told them it doesnt work when I get to the end I cant submit OR if I have filled out the form on some instances its been over 7 working days an no one has got back to me OR that I have called up and said the form said it was urgent issue but at the end I cant complete it but they still continue to direct you towards the form. Even told them I have been to pharmacist its like they dont want you to speak to a doctor!!!! They tell you to use their online Klink form and someone will get back to you but not one ever does. Receptionists dont listen when you explain its like they have script they need to use to sway people away from the doctor. Btw this isnt because of doctor shortages or a recent thing as they have been like this for years! Seeking a new practice so if anyone has recommendations pls comment.

The worst practice ever the morning shift manager kept contradicting herself and when challenged said if we dont like the service go somewhere else This practice has so many bad reviews and seriously needs to be looked at by the authorities
