Jenny from TTS Solicitors has been absolutely brilliant right from the start of the sale of my late mother-in-law's house. TTS Solicitors were recommended to us via the estate agent and as they were local to us we chose to use them. All the documentation was sent to us in a timely manner, and everything was explained to us really well. Jenny copied me into all communication so we knew where we were throughout the process. The whole process was really quick. Once we accepted a new offer from the current buyers the process has been 8 weeks from offer acceptance to potential completion date.
