        Horrible, unprofessional, best to avoid if you want to not waste your money. Ive only had trouble since paying them for a service I did not receive. They never answer their calls but will happily take your money. stressful and horrible experience.

        AVOID! Completely unprofessional and time wasters, will take your money and they will leave you hanging and stop responding to all calls for months on end, even when calling every other day. Even Mr.Suhail answers he'll make up excuses and say he's working on it and you will not hear from him again. Totally unprofessional, I would not recommend them to anyone.

        Zaavia prepared and submitted my application for a new dwelling on the land adjacent to my home. They remained in contact with the Council throughout the application process to ensure that Planning Department queries were timely answered. Once granted, they helped me clear the conditions imposed on the decision and I was able to begin construction.
