In January I booked with this company the installation of two air con wall mounted units . In the next days they send a team for the quotation. I accepted the quotation and paid them half of the value. After 4 days they come and install the air cons : Mitsubishi heavy industries. From this point its start the issues: 1. I needed the ac for heating as the building doesnt have any , I requested two Ac 1- 12.000 BTu and one 18.000 BTu , I received a 9000 and a 12.000 . 2. They installed the Ac and requested the payment for the rest of the amount , and I paid straight away, next day one Ac was working and one doesnt as a noise was coming from the unit , I called them . The gas leaked inside the property as the pipe wasnt proper connected . 3. I called the Inginer and the company every day for almost a month to come and fix , at one point the Inginer passed , he opened the unit and try to put the gas , but no luck as he didnt had the connector . He removed the cover and he left the unit unprotected as in the picture . The cover is no where to found :( . 4 Today after almost 2 months they are still ignoring my calls .
