Admiral did a great job of converting my useless conservatory into a great garden room some nine years ago. So I approached them when my bathroom window jammed open, not nice in cold weather. While I'm sure that they aren't the cheapest company around, they responded quickly, making a visit to check out the problem and size the hinges, and a second visit to fit the new hinges. There was no mess and Andy (who did the work) was polite, on time and effective. Service: Window repair

Initially a chance encounter as my husband spotted the Admiral sign from the A1 and called in on speck. He was most impressed after a chat with Stuart Mills regarding a replacement glass conservatory roof. Comparing research and quotes from two other companies Admiral were the most professional, believable and open about what their product would do. They were not the most or least expensive. We made our decision based on the information Admiral gave us. We cannot praise Admiral enough. From the no pressure sales approach which spoke volumes to the helpfulness and kindness afforded us during installation - all expectations were met. Lovely, professional team.

Right from the start, my initial visit to your premises, your visit to my home, your quotation and help along the way, was perfect. You fitted the installed within my time schedule which was perfect. I needed to repair the wall below so you took half of my old conservatory down so that the wall could be repaired, left it totally covered then returned a week later and completed the job. Dave fitter was exceptional, very polite, tidy and considerate he was amazing from start to finish. I am so happy with my new conservatory, I will recommended you. Thank you

We just wanted to say a massive thank you for the installation of our new windows. We couldnt be happier! The care and attention to detail that Andy and Billy showed was exceptional. They were also a delight to have in our home. In particular we gained enormous value in visiting your showroom so we could hold up comparisons and feel how each element of the windows would come together. Kieron's site visit to our home enabled us to imagine the various colour schemes in-situ to our period property and his advice on aesthetic both inside and outside our property was brilliant. Dan's careful survey, again with acute attention to detail meant that the windows went in perfectly on the day. We've already had many people complement on our new windows at the front...we now look forward to booking in Phase 2 with the back of the house.
