Extremely Rude lady at the counter. Tried to hurry me up saying customer is waiting behind me. I said I havent finished filling and putting sugars in my coffee , to that she replied your drink is done. Another incident was when asked for a bag for my pastie, she replied you can just put in your pocket. Please learn to be polite and your previous reviews proves that you lack customer service.

Always shut whenever I go there on a Saturday even tho it says its meant to be open, and the prices are extremely high as well best off just going down to the miss in alconbury to be honest at least theyre open on there actual opening times

Swynford Stores refused service as I was not wearing a mask. The government clearly states now You are no longer legally required to wear a face covering in any setting and then having the reply of we dont do exemptions in this store. This is discrimination and just plain Rude! A complete joke considering they could make a small fortune with a recommendation to use this store from Base
