Really disappointed with their customer service. They turned up two hours earlier than the agreed delivery time, didnt even ring the bell or notify us they had arrived but just dumped all the turf in the road and then left. We have a perfectly accessible front space on our property only a couple of metres away which would have been the appropriate place to leave it. The turf was liable to get damaged by cars or stolen and could not be left just lying in a busy road taking up a parking space . I rang and explained the problem, they said they would call back to advise if the driver could come back to move it. Never heard from them again. Absolutely no apology when I rang and spoke to them. Really poor service and very disappointed.

I bought loads of turf from them in 1999 and returned for some more 23 years later. Still just as good and well priced.

Went of of their way to deliver two big bags of good quality topsoil when I was in a fix. Genuine people to deal with.
