This company cancelled their holiday club with half a days notice and no apology or offer of an alternative course (even though they were available). Avoid.

Very unprofessional and unreliable. My son who is 5y old was put together with much older kids who bullied him and punched him in his eyes. The camp manager and the staff didnt either notice or choose to not mention about it. He had bruises all over his faces. This experience was traumatising for him. The staff and dulwich camp manager seem to not care about all. My son came home very distressed and crying about what happened. We have been to many clubs in our area and this is the first time we have experienced such bad things. I raised a complaint to the head office but they didnt even courtesy of calling le back. Stay away if you care about wellbeing of your child

After day one we had concerns as one of our children was refused their snack as they thought an oat bar contained nuts...... it did not! Our other child got injured and there was no accident form (this happened on two occasions) We had them booked in for 8 days and removed them from camp on day 3 after our son was basically humiated in front of the class by the teacher, as well as having concerns over teachers showing photos to kids on what appeared to be their personal phone. We witnessed children at collection time just being taken by their parents rather than queuing up and giving the pass code for teachers to then release the kids. We have used many of the clubs in our area and most of them have very good safe guarding and we did not feel the same about this club which was a big shame. The company did try to reassure us and admitted they had failed on certain aspects of our complaint and tried to justify other aspects From our experience, we couldn't recommend this club.
