        Not friendly, rarely contacting the client Treating clients without a respect. Did the job but made loads of unnecessary stress in a situation where more stress is not needed. Customer service 1/10

        I cannot thank Paula & Emma enough for the AMAZING work they put into our house move! our sale & purchase were both completed in 4WEEKS!!! Always available to talk on the phone, speedy response to emails & very thorough throughout the whole process. Professional & courteous.

        used emma for our conveyance 18months ago...on estate agent recomendation. well a straightforward 3 house chain was made a stressful nightmare..we had to chase weekly...unless we chased nothing got done ..the vendors estate agents bond oxborough phillips gave us more info than our own solicitors ...and we eventually had to book our removals for a monday before we had confirmation of sale on the previous friday by our solicitor...lits of unnecessary stress caused by uncaring solicitor.
