Disgusting service today. Used this launderette several times, brought clothes in the same bag I have used every time and was told it would cost 15 more than usual. When I questioned why, I was told that a bag this size, always costs this much. When I pointed out the label still attached from the last wash, showing the previous price and that I had only ever been served by the woman talking to me, she became rude and abusive, and then practically threw my clothes back at me. I asked to speak with the manager and was told they are in Bristol and uncontactable?!?!! Shameful service and I can only assume all the below complaints are about the same employee. Personally I just dont think she could be bothered to do her job.

Awful customer service when they lost a parcel of mine. Bad attitude gave me an incorrect number and refused to look for parcel or give alternative number. Do not recommend

I went into this shop to drop off a parcel. I was the only customer, there was only one member of staff, an older woman. I have to say that in all my life I have never met such surly and indifferent service. This woman clearly didn't like taking parcels for Evri, and she didn't like the customers who brought them in - as if it was their fault. She was rude to the point of aggression, and I left the shop feeling "if this is their attitude to customers, what sort of shabby service are they going to provide". I'll avoid this shop at all costs in the future, and I suggest readers do too. Service: Delivery
