Tom at Printech, Alcester is a life saver. My business laptop died on Tuesday when I was away at a client. A quick phone call and visit to his shop in Alcester confirmed the worst. Tom was prompt, professional and crystal clear in his explanation. A day later I have a replacement, a better computer, which operates just like my old one. All at fantastic value. Will have no hesitation in recommending him, and will be my go to place from now. Thank you

I hadnt used my laptop since lockdown then when I decided to start reading it, it would not charge , so did a quick google search and found these guys. A quick phone call to the company and a very quick call back from Tom. I am not tech savvy but the advice and support that I have received has been so professional , well explained, straight to the point. My laptop was collected as agreed and the continuing communications about their progress have been fitter class. Options for the laptop were given and work carried out. It was then returned. Super quick service, exceptional customer care and what was potentially a horrendous experience, was actually very painless. Guaranteed for a year, with any support that I need easily available.
