Every transaction carries a risk that some things may not go completely as all participants would wish and replacing a 5 year-old caravan with one twice its age only amplifies that risk....but while there have been a few issues, my strong belief is that true professionalism is demonstrated by the way in which those issues are overcome.
In that respect, Downtide stands head and shoulders above other dealers we have visited and done business with before, so I'd like to offer our gratitude for the way in which you (collectively) have dealt with the arisings and turned what might have been major disasters into nothing more than a few ripples.
While manning issues combined with high workload have sometimes made it slightly tricky to get hold of you, once contact is made everyone we have met has listened, come up with sensible, pragmatic solutions and maintained good humour throughout - this must surely be the way to keep customers happy and ensure they return and spread positive messages about your organisation.
Most recently, particular thanks to the Workshop Team, who didn't flinch when I added several snags to the list when we brought the van in yesterday but talked us through possible delays and then exceeded our expectations by fixing every single defect I'd reported and having the 'van ready for collection the very same day.
In summary, simply "Thank You" for all your efforts; be assured we will continue to recommend Downtide to our caravanning friends; it's been a pleasure doing business with you.
