        Can only assume this place is fake, no answer to phone calls, no response to message left, online payment doesnt work and stoves being sold well below market retail. Thanks for wasting my time.

        Brilliant company, highly recommended. Special thank to Jan for installing our wood burn stove recently. Very friendly and excellent with communication. Thank you to the whole team.

        Avoid using... terrible service and very rude. We booked a burner service & chimney sweep. Cancelled on us last minute for the first visit and then after agreeing to rearrange a week later, rang from outside complaining of having to park 75m away and declared they "couldn't be bothered" to do the job, so left. Even refused our offer to help carry the tools in to make life easier. Never been spoken to by a professional tradesperson in such a rude way.
