The Cedars Nursing Home

Awful run down place, with minimal staff who can't care enough for their patients. Thankfully we got our family member out of this place and into a home that cares and checks on their patients regularly. Be warned and check other options before even thinking about putting a loved one here.

Our mother, Sheila Shanks, was treated with the utmost respect, dignity, love and kindness for the last 17 months of her life, which she spent living here at The Cedars. All the staff were truly wonderful, showing genuine compassion and friendship, not only to mum but also to us, her family. We can't thank you enough for your patience, humour and selfless commitment to making mums time with you as happy and comfortable as possible. We couldn't have wished for a better final home for mum. Thank you xx

Excellent From my experience when my. Late husband was there for Twenty two months . It would seem that from its ratings it ls now Better than.our. Time there . Chris was brought in as Manager soon after my husband joined them And every aspect was improved and a feeling of safety was soon to be a feature of a well run nursing home.
