Nice quiet shop so the staff always have time for a bit of a friendly chat. Today I was served by a really helpful man named Chris who gave me some great customer service, providing me with new flavour options and generally going above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted.

Always friendly. Always helpful. Very glad to have a vape shop so close to home that has everything you need. As for Negative reviews about believing your spouse is military or exchanging broken vapes. 1. Clearly states you need your blue light or military ID. Maybe you left the military or it expired. Its not their problem. 2. Test the vape before you leave the store. Their signs clearly state once you leave there is no exchanges. Rightly so, how do they know you didnt just finish the vape and bring it back empty. For the record, i have no ties to this business. Im in the military and just a happy customer.

I used to love going this shop the two guys that used to serve me was so lovely, one I believe was Australian , lovely man however today I visited and I feel almost like I was not believed my partner was in the military, when I asked if the discount was still on there as last time it did not automatically come off. I have used Ace of Vapez ever since I lived in codsall, I remember the very first day of that shop opening. Was great having a vape shop with so many happy staff. (Thats how long Ive been a loyal customer for) I am seriously considering just finding another vape shop to use, online (Id rather buy faceless than miserable) and not just because of discount and having to prove it every time you shop, theres a point! (what happens if your on excercise and send your spouse in? I guess you no longer get the discount?) The whole feel of the stores, its like people cant be arsed with it, moody and miserable, everyone looks glum (ace of vapz you need to treat your staff better by the looks, they are doing zero for your reputation).
