What can I say. From my application through to the final references (and chasing them), the communication with Apollo has been nothing less than fantastic. The mandatory training was insightful and interesting. Looking forward to continuing my career in health and social care with Apollo. Impressed!

My experience with Apollo has been wonderful. All the people in the office are welcoming and friendly. The training I've had has been really good. When I need to ask about anything, I've had no problems getting through to Apollo and they have answered my questions. All in all, I'm so happy I've come onto a great package and a great team at Apollo to work with. Like to say thank you to Apollo for the experience and hopefully more!

Is there a chance that someone unrelated to the business would be parking there in the middle of nowhere? Why is the gate there then? The company is disrespectful to people looking for work and judgemental towards minorities. I wonder whether they have any clients at all as no respectable person would sign up to work with them.

I have worked for apollo for four years now. I genuinely love my job and the clients I care for. Overall, my experience with apollo has been a positive one; with a few hiccups along the way. It has been lovely during this pandemic to be shown so much appreciation and thanks from the office team; it definitely goes a long way to increase staff morale and feel part of the team. Although I have previously raised concerns over communication between office and staff; I honestly feel they have really focused on improving this recently. Any concerns I have are now being taken on board by management and improvements are noticeable. The main negative is being zero hour contracted. Despite this, I have very rarely struggled for hours. I currently work a set rota with my clients which makes planning my life around the job easy. The pay compared to similar positions elsewhere is fair. The office staff are friendly and have all been very supportive since speaking to them about some personal issues. This has really helped me to build a stronger and positive relationship with them. My manager has also been very supportive and has helped ensure I have enough hours whilst one of my clients care is on hold due to the virus. Apollo ensure we have generic and client specific training which is vitally important when caring for those with complex needs. I have worked for numerous care companies in the last 10 years; apollo are without a doubt the best I have worked for.
