Having trained with Leanne for a number of years I can honestly say I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. She has always been very supportive and encouraging adapting any exercises when necessary. Leannes classes are always enjoyable and varied, there is always a good atmosphere in class which are always inclusive and fun. I can definitely see an improvement in my strength and fitness since training with Leanne.

I go to Leannes Mind Body & Soul Relaxation class on a Sunday to set me up ready for the week ahead. She is professional, fun, friendly and knowledgeable. She explains everything we do, and always supports and encourages everyone in class. The class is always prompt and on time, and she listens and caters to everyones needs. Even outside of class Leanne continues to support an encourage me! Love you thank you! X

Leanne has just the right balance of toughness and kindness to help us reach our own goals in a fun supportive and challenging way. Leanne is a fantastic instructor who gives you lots of support, encouragement and advice. Her classes are fun,but you leave knowing you have had a full body work out.All exercises have different levels so you never feel overwhelmed or feel like you are failing to do the class,you are always encouraged to go at your own pace.I can highly recommend her classes.
