        Would love to post more stars but owner cancelled our family holiday at 1 months notice even though we booked a year in advance. Cited double booking with a wedding. So either incompetent with booking system or greedy, cancelling us in preference for a wedding. Whichever it is, it scuppered our family holiday that we'd been looking forward to for ages. Now it's too late to rebook anywhere ideal. Would recommend avoiding this place if you want confidence in your booking.

        Perfectly equipped warm, cosy cottages nestled on a bucolic hillside at the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors. When booking as a large group an adjoining barn was made available with ample space for games, socialising, cooking and dining. Highly recommended!
