My neighbour ordered a sofa from them and they delivered and built it at 7am on a bank holiday. The fact you allowed this slot on a public holiday when people want to sleep is simply rude, dont know how else to put it. Besides that the guys were so loud it sounded like they were throwing boulders on the floor upstairs not being mindful at all, felt like my ceiling is gonna fall down.

Spent so much money on a sofa for it to be so cheaply made. Cushions all flattened and deflated and the sofa bed caved in within a few days of someone sleeping on it. Customer service from Jade is awful saying I need to pay a third party company in order to prove its a manufacturing issue Will not be using this company again. Dont bother wasting your money here, you deserve to spend it somewhere with quality

I am posting the review here because amazon won't let me post it after deleting it because honeypot force me to do it. I purchase 3 seater bed sofa on amazon back in December and it became faulty after only 2.5 months of use. The foam in top cushion needed replacement as you could feel the wood when sitting. I contacted the seller and they sent a "3rd party" to inspect the item. They deemed it as "non faulty" and refused to replace it. I contacted them multiple times requesting to send someone again for second opinion but they said they will stick to their first decision. Later I posted a 1 star review and I got contacted by a lady over the phone. She offered me 60 to remove the review which I declined. She then messaged me on WhatsApp asking to remove review in exchange for 60. I refused again and asked for the item to be returned or replace the foam. Apparently they cannot replace the foam as it will be the exact same foam???? And I need to replace it myself. Later she offered me 80 to remove the review. I declined again and requested same as above. In meantime I started to research how much it will cost to replace the foam. The lowest qoute I got was 250. I asked the lady to cover the cost for replacement, she refused and said she will give me 100. I declined at first but agreed later as it was the best option and they would not listen to me. I delete the review on 18.04.23 and sent screenshot of it. She never contacted me again confirming if it has been refunded. I contacted her again few days asking if it has been refunded but she never replied. I waited for a week to see if the refund shows up in my account and it never did. The whole conversation on WhatsApp was from 15.03.23 till 18.04.23. DONOT BUY THIS ITEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THEY WILL NOT REPLACE OR REFUND WHEN IT BECOMES FAULTY AND THEY WILL FORCE YOU TO REMOVE THE REVIEW IN EXCHNAGE OF PARTIAL REFUND INSTEAD OF DOING THE RIGHT THING.

Part2 As I wrote before I have u shaped sofa bed. The quality is poor. I waited 13 weeks to deliver the sofa replacement(instead of 6-8 weeks) after 10 days using is the holes is start be there same as before. I spoken with Jade more the 5 months now and when I told her the replacement is failed and they need to give a full refund (as she said 3 times) is not happening. She said now I need to pay the repair company to see if is manufactured problem or our fault as the sofa is more than 6 months not what is not right as we received the replacement on 10th of April. She never mentioned that.( thats mean Im In 30 days. ) I contacted with citizen advisor they said I dont need to pay this fees as they need to prove if is manufactured issue. Its a nightmare situation. Unbelievable this is can happen in Uk.

Having purchased a sofa, we put it into storage for a few months whilst we completed the renovation work on our house. Once complete, we put it into the intended place, and discovered it was nothing like the size detailed on the listing. Having messaged the seller and pointed this out, and despite the item still being under warranty, they refused to help at all - even though the item is unused! We were mis-sold this sofa due to a misleading listing, but the company and their customer service team couldn't care less. It's unbelievable that they think this is an acceptable way for a company to behave. I would give zero stars if I could. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Edit: Your response below recommending that customers "check the measurements on your website" shows you haven't even bothered to read the reason for my complaint properly - which is down the fact that THE DIMENSIONS YOU LISTED WERE INCORRECT. Disgraceful.
