        This is an amazing cottage for an isolated getaway. Extremely well equipped with everything you need for a week of relaxation and doing nothing. Spotlessly clean and maintained in beautiful surroundings. Perfect for sitting in front of the log burner and reading a good book or to venture around in the countryside for a picturesque walk. Brenda and Richard are great hosts, very friendly and helpful. With clitheroe and several great pubs all within 5 miles I can't recommend Alden Cottage enough, can't wait to return again.
