Would never use again, customer service is rubbish, promised delivery in the week following order, almost 2 months later still not received, requested a refund, surprise surprise refund has still not been received. In response they've said the refund has been processed, still not received the money, chased again today will have it by Friday apparently!

Service not worth one star. Lamp ordered in October '17. It never arrived so order cancelled in late Dec '17 and still waiting for refund. Steer well clear.

These people appear to have stopped trading. Not honoured an order put in and paid for four months ago. Web site down and not answering their phone. Advise extreme caution in any dealings with them.

I paid for a number of items in Sept 2017. Delivery was meant to be Oct 2017. Goods not delivered. I cancelled in January and requested for a refund. Since then, i have sent several Emails, received no response, calls unanswered.
