terrible customer service, Rude and unwilling to apologise for a mistake he made on our order, he printed 40 tops in the gold we had ordered. The rest of our order was being printed in a colour he says is a yellow gold (but on the eye looks yellow no where near the gold we had advertised) 150 customers ordered the gold print and my first 10 customers who came to collect refused to pay as they had not ordered yellow print! this lost me custom! this in turn lost him money, as we asked for a refund as that colour was not what we ordered! to be told we were lucky he was giving us the money back! He then said he couldnt work with us on our club clothing anymore which he has printed for almost 3 years as he had lost money on this order! i understand you lost money but it is not ok to assume we would not notice the difference in colour and that our customers wouldnt mind! The arrogance and ignorance this man has clearly stops himself from admitting this is his mistake! blaming it on a rushed order, another companys colour charts ect, what ever excuse you have isnt good enough, you knew the colour we agreed and had all the tshirts arrived the same i wouldnt be typing this review! Chris you did us a favour, we now have a new printer and designer better quality tshirts, better print and even bigger bonus at a cheaper rate, they will also be able to full fill my very complicated difficult order that you made ours out to be in less than 5 days with out any stress of the weaving! I know we didnt order a million pounds worth of goods from you every year but we certanly hit a couple of thousand or more each year which is your loss! And just a tip for you, try smiling once in a while and be happy to your customers, there is only so much of that doom and gloom mood of yours customers can cope with!
