    I ordered from DFS back in January and still awaiting any update regarding my sofa. I was under the illusion that DFS was a reliable company due to it being so well known. Do not make the same mistake I did. The customer service team need a refresher course in customer service as they are rude and extremely unhelpful. Will never ever order from here again

    Misssold, lied to and ignored, even by their CEO Tim Stacey. I ordered a sofa from DFS and was told it would be delivered in 6 weeks. On week 8 I enquired to be advised that it had been delayed, with no explanation or anyone reaching out to inform me. Due to having no furniture, I requested a loan sofa and was lied to advising that none was available. I was then given a delivery date 11 weeks after the order to be advised two days before that the delivery had been cancelled, with a new provisional delivery date 3 weeks later. When contacting customer services via telephone, I was told by Liam (who refused to give his last name) to put my complaint in writing, despite already doing so to their CEO and CS email address four weeks prior, they advised they couldnt help. They refused to transfer to a manager, refused to transfer to a store and told me that a callback request would be emailed to the store with a 72 hour call back. I was only able to be transferred to the store if I knew the name of the person, as the store does not have a telephone number. I called back a further two times and was hung up on twice after requesting to speak to their store manager in Cannock - Ian Neath. Next step - Ombudsman
